Your files stay in your browser
Reviews run locally. We do not send uploaded files, file names, cell values, generated reports or error text to the analytics endpoint.
What usage analytics records
Page views, input starts, manually completed or failed reviews, free-limit encounters, upgrade and checkout clicks, and export or print clicks. We distinguish unchanged synthetic samples from other inputs; editing a sample is classified as a non-sample input, not proof of a business task. Each event contains a fixed tool identifier, event category, server timestamp, coarse first-visit source category and an allowlisted campaign label retained for that tab session and a random tab identifier kept in session storage. This identifier is not an account or a count of individual people. No tracking cookies or fingerprinting are used. Owner and QA browsers receive an exclusion-only cookie (up to one year) to prevent internal page views and feedback from entering business data. This cookie grants no account access.
Events are kept for a rolling 30 days; expired records are removed when the next event arrives. A temporary hash derived from IP address and hour limits abuse and is removed on subsequent traffic after expiry (up to two hours). Raw IP addresses are not written to the analytics database. The hosting provider may retain separate request logs. Stats are restricted to the owner account.
We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can also disable analytics in this browser below. Opting out does not prevent the tools from working or erase previously recorded anonymous events.
Feedback
Feedback is optional and stores only the text and workflow choices you submit, plus a receipt ID and timestamp. Do not include supplier prices, customer details, passwords or confidential files. Feedback has a separate daily abuse limit. Send a privacy question or feedback.
Purchases and free usage allowance
The free tool allowance is saved in this browser: 5 successful non-sample reviews per Los Angeles calendar day. It is not an account or cross-device quota. Paid offline editions do not send usage events.
When you start checkout, a random purchase reference is saved in this browser so you can recover your download after payment. Stripe handles the payment and contact details under its own privacy policy. Supplier Desk verifies payment on the server and retains a hashed checkout reference, edition, amount, currency, date, test status and download count to provide your purchase. It does not store your card information or CSV input contents.
Keep a copy of the downloaded edition and your private recovery code. The recovery code grants access to your purchase; do not share it publicly.
