Keep your recovery code private; anyone with it can access your purchased edition. Save the downloaded HTML file and open it locally. Your CSV files are never uploaded by the offline edition.

If local storage was cleared, paste the recovery code or checkout reference from your saved download credential. Report a problem without posting your recovery code or payment details.
